From Registered Teacher Accounts:

Note: Teachers do not access students’ real names, photos, or contact
information. Only masked student nicknames and participation indicators are visible.
Guest Mode Users:
When using Guest Mode, no personal information (e.g., names, photos, contact
details) is collected.
We may collect basic technical data such as device type, operating system, IP
address, and app usage analytics for performance and security monitoring.
Guest users cannot upload or submit any personal data through the App.

Guest Mode Users:

Role-based access ensures only authorized users can view specific content.
Guest users’ technical data is anonymized and does not include personally
identifiable information (PII).
6. Data Visibility and Masking
Teachers may only access anonymized student nicknames and classroom engagement
indicators (e.g., attendance, assignment submission status).
Full student names, photos, and contact details are never shown.

We do not share teacher or student data with third parties unless legally
required or authorized by your institution.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by
contacting your institution or us directly.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as
required by law. Data is securely deleted when no longer needed.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children.
Any student information accessed by teachers is anonymized.
Data submitted by an institution on behalf of students must comply with COPPA
parental proxy provisions.
11. International Data Transfers
Data may be stored or processed in the U.S. or Canada. We implement appropriate
safeguards under applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA.
12. Regulatory Compliance
Educational institutions remain the owners of any student-related educational
records submitted via the App.
We operate as a data processor under FERPA regulations for institution-provided
data.
Guest Mode usage does not involve collection of student or teacher PII and is
therefore outside the scope of FERPA records.
Canadian users are protected under PIPEDA and may exercise rights to access,
correction, or deletion of personal data.

accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the

The App is available exclusively to authorized teachers affiliated with
contracted educational institutions. Unauthorized use or public registration is strictly prohibited.
Accounts are distributed and managed by each respective institution.
The App now supports Guest Mode, allowing public users to browse course content
without accessing any private or sensitive information. Full functionality is reserved for certified
teachers.
2. User Accounts and Security
Each teacher receives login credentials from their affiliated institution. You
are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted
under your account. Please notify your institution and us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Permitted Use
The App is designed to assist teachers in managing classroom-related tasks,
including:
Maintaining a personal profile (nickname, photo, bio)
Scheduling and managing class sessions
Creating and assigning homework
Providing feedback on student performance
Viewing student attendance and coursework status
Note on Student Data: Teachers only access anonymous or masked student
information (e.g., nicknames, attendance, assignment status). Real names, photos, and contact details are
not provided or stored in the App.
All uploaded content must adhere to platform content guidelines and must not
include personally identifiable information (PII) such as student names, photos, or contact details. The
platform uses data minimization and may automatically detect and filter sensitive content.
4. Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or submit, including class
materials and assignments. You agree not to:
Upload offensive, illegal, or unauthorized content
Include sensitive student information in text or file uploads
Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
Circumvent system masking, access controls, or audit mechanisms
5. Intellectual Property
All content and software related to the App is owned by or licensed to us. You
may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Your profile and activity data are encrypted and access-controlled. We employ
role-based data visibility and automatic masking to ensure sensitive content is hidden or minimized unless
explicitly authorized.
7. Guest Mode Restrictions
In Guest Mode, public users may browse courses and explore educational content
without accessing any teacher-specific or student-sensitive information. Features such as student
management, attendance tracking, assignment publishing, and lesson feedback are only available after login
with a certified teacher account.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time
if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
9. Legal Compliance
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly
collect information from children. Any student data submitted via the App by institutions must comply with
the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), under the principle of "parental proxy".
Any student-related educational data accessed via the App (e.g., class
performance, assignments) is considered the property of the educational institution. We process such data
strictly under institutional instruction, in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
(FERPA).
For users in Canada, all personal data processing, storage, and transmission
activities conform to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Users may
request access to, correction, or withdrawal of data consent.

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted from our system
within 7 days.
